Senior IT Systems Analyst CAD/PLM R29864

*This is an in-office role either in Orlando Florida, or Appleton Wisconsin*

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Digital Technology Team, focusing on engineering systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing engineering capabilities and efficiency through continuous analysis and improvement of our CAD/PLM systems. This position is crucial in evaluating opportunities related to CAD/PLM and process effectiveness, developing plans for current and future system needs, and advising leadership on computer training requirements.

YOUR IMPACT:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Continuously analyze and improve CAD/PLM systems to enhance engineering capabilities and efficiency.

  • Evaluate opportunities related to CAD/PLM and process effectiveness.

  • Develop strategic plans for current and future system needs, including software application upgrades.

  • Advise leadership on necessary computer training needs for the engineering team.

  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of CAD/PLM systems.

  • Monitor and ensure the security, integrity, and performance of engineering systems.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for CAD/PLM systems.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CAD/PLM systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’sdegree in ComputerScience,Information Technology, Engineering, orequivalent experience.

  • Five(5)or more yearsofexperienceinSoftware Development, information Technology, Design engineering,or in a relatedarea.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability toprovide technical support and leadership.

  • Experience with specific CAD/PLM tools and software applications.

  • Experience with Teamcenter and/or NX.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word,Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
