The Emerging Technology Lead will be responsible for service delivery and project deliverables within the Emerging Technology team. This role will identify gaps, needs, and lead improvement efforts to improve service delivery with Generative AI and low code solutions. You will create, support advanced solutions with automation and work with the business to simplify processes driving revenue and cost management and functions like supply chain, manufacturing, logistics. Team members will support a wide variety of departments and disciples which will include database administration (DBA), server, data network, voice network, storage, and application platforms.

This role will be considered a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more key technologies under the applications domain. It is expected that this role will operate independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions leveraging Generative AI.

  • Will build, deploy and publish automation solutions with advanced capabilities.

  • Will help drive optimization, testing and tooling to improve the quality of solutions.

  • Lead, facilitate, and collaborate on the larger automation solutions team.

  • Support POC on new solutions

  • Responsiblefor supporting ongoing medium to high complexity maintenance, Run-the-Business (RTB) support, and Incident ServiceRequests.

  • Provide solutions for both RTB and project efforts of medium to high complexity.

  • Serveasa project resource on application and infrastructure project efforts representing functional capabilities.

  • Assist with gathering requirements, creating recommendations, and implementing solutions to meet theprojectrequirements.

  • Provide knowledge sharing, as recognized SME, in efforts such as writing complex knowledge articles, relationship development withother Information Technology (IT) staff, mentoring, and jobshadowing.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

  • Bachelor’sdegree in computer science,Information Systems, orequivalent.

  • Five(5)or more yearsofexperienceinInformation Technology, orin a related area.

  • Experience with Generative AI (OpenAI)

  • Experience with PowerApps and/or Cognitive Services

  • Experience in Cloud Azure

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevantindustry related certifications.

  • InformationTechnology experience within the manufacturing industry.

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert(MCSE).
